That’s why I founded E&E Cheer, a cheerleading program designed to introduce kids to the fundamentals of cheer in a fun, supportive, and accessible way.

How My Experience Shapes E&E Cheer

Cheerleading has always been more than just a sport for me—it’s been a journey of growth and self-discovery. Growing up, I struggled to stay engaged in traditional sports. Baseball and soccer often felt repetitive, and I’d quickly lose interest. Cheerleading, however, was different. It challenged me to learn new skills, like tumbling and stunting, and kept me focused with its variety and teamwork.

The physical and mental challenges of cheerleading helped me channel my energy into something positive. Whether it was mastering a back handspring or performing stunts in front of 100,000 fans at Baltimore Ravens games, every accomplishment made me feel proud and capable. It also taught me the value of working together with teammates to achieve a common goal.

At E&E Cheer, I’ve built a program that reflects my passion for the sport. I want kids to experience the same excitement, focus, and confidence that cheerleading gave me. Whether they’re learning their first jump or building lifelong friendships, E&E Cheer is here to help kids thrive in a fun, supportive environment.
