Whether they’ve cheered at the collegiate level or led elite teams to nationals, each brings a wealth of knowledge and a shared commitment to fostering teamwork, perfecting motions, and safely introducing stunting to young athletes.

Brooke has over 14 years of cheer experience and five years of coaching. As a collegiate cheerleader at Saint Joseph’s University, she helped lead the team to a 2nd-place finish at NCA College Nationals. She’s passionate about building confident, skilled, and team-oriented athletes through positivity and strong fundamentals.
Carlina has 16 years of cheerleading experience and began coaching about four years ago. She has been a Division 1 collegiate cheerleader at Saint Joseph’s University since 2022 and has been captain for the past two years. At the 2025 NCA College Championship, Carlina helped lead her team to a third place finish. As someone who is so passionate about cheerleading, Carlina’s goal is to bring out confidence, strength, teamwork, and positivity in every athlete.
Ava is a Division 1 collegiate cheerleader at Saint Joseph’s University, winning 3rd place at the 2025 NCA College Nationals. She is passionate about helping athletes grow confidence in their skills.
Sydney has been involved in cheerleading for over 20 years and has spent the last 8 years coaching and choreographing. She loves working with athletes of all ages, from tiny 3-year-olds to college cheerleaders helping them gain confidence, master new skills, and fall in love with the sport just like she did!
Helen has 6 years of competitive cheerleading experience. She is on the SJU cheer team and has been a captain for two years. Helen helped to lead the team to a third place finish at the 2025 NCA nationals. She is passionate about building confidence and a positive environment for all athletes.
Ava has over 14 years of All Star Cheer experience and six trips to The Cheerleading Worlds. Now a Division I cheerleader at Saint Joseph’s University, she’s passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, leadership, and self-belief on and off the mat.
