Children should wear comfortable, flexible athletic wear such as shorts and a t-shirt or a leotard. Athletic shoes with good support are recommended, and long hair should be tied back securely.
No, all equipment including pom-poms will be provided.
Parents are encouraged to observe the end-of-session showcases but are asked to limit attendance during regular class times to help children focus. Special observation days may be scheduled.
Class sizes range from around 10-20 kids. Our PreK class is limited to 16 students while our older classes are limited to 20.
All instructors have prior coaching experience. Background checks and clearances are conducted to ensure child safety.
At this time, we do not offer make-up classes, but we will do our best to fit your child into another class if possible. Unfortunately, missed classes are considered a loss, and we do not have a formal cancellation policy.
Yes, light conditioning focusing on core, leg strengthening, upper body exercises, and flexibility is incorporated.
